These activities will increase the rate at which activities are done. It will also improve the energy that the workers are having.

There are some different types of employees in a company. One of them is the believer. This is the person that the employer desires to have the most. They have a nice dream of contributing their best to the company. They are very committed and dedicated to the certain work that is performed by them.

They also have a special way of inspiring their colleagues in their various positions. The employers are then advised not to take them for granted. This is by exploiting them to so much work which at times is very difficult. They should instead look for ways in which they can motivate them more. It is always a good idea to give them their best.

The other kind is the soldier. This is a person who has so much loyalty to their jobs. They are seen to stay at the company for so many years. When this people are given a task, one is always convinced that it will be done. They can also very good team players though they lack the aspect of leadership in their teams.

They also have another value of pay rise. It is commonly done in all companies. When one has worked for so many years, where the maximum is three years, they are entitled to a pay rise. This is an increase in the amount of money that they are getting. When this is done and the employees know it very well, they might be very motivated to work harder. This will create an increase in the amount of output that was seen.

The other disadvantage that they ace is if their bosses are demanding or non-appreciative. A worker may devote themselves to work their best for the well-being of their companies. They will really need some motivation from the people above them. If this people then find it very hard to congratulate them, they will find out that one will not be willing to do so much to the place. They may conduct some shady work for the sake of it. Bosses should learn to motivate the juniors even if it is a word such as well done. It will greatly improve the output of the person as well as others.

It is stressful. This is most likely seen in a situation where there are deadlines for one to complete a specific activity. They may make them to work for so long without any rest. This may be due to the bosses being very demanding or rude if the task is not complete within a specified time line.

The doormat is easily pushed around. They are not very strong and may even be bullied. They are the new people in a team and consider themselves as naive people. They should be taught on ways of fighting oppression which will be a good deed to them.
